Order Cancellation Policy We want to get your beautiful treasures to you as quickly as possible! Because we begin processing and preparing your items shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

• Standard Boutique Items: Can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering.

• Custom & Memory Items: Once design work or physical creation has begun on a custom keepsake or personalized blanket (typically after 24 hours), we cannot accept cancellations.
